Booking:
50% payment upon booking to confirm the reservation, with the remaining 50% due 2 weeks before the reservation date.
Cancellation:
a) 2 weeks before: 50% of the rate.
b) 1 week before: 100% of the rate.
No Show – Fee: b)
In case of changes requested by the customer, we will attempt to find a new date or time. If this is not possible, the cancellation fee will be applied as per a) or b), or a 1-year voucher of the same value.
In case of bad weather or changes made by SAILINGSIDE:
- We will first try to find a new date or time.
- If this is not possible, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Multi-day/Charter: 100% payment of the rate is required 3 weeks before the activity starts.
