Note
The fuel tank is delivered full and must be returned under the same conditions. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge of 2€/L.
Warnings and Prohibitions
– Fishing on board is prohibited;
– Approaching vessels engaged in whale-watching activities is prohibited;
– Docking and entering Ilhéu da Vila Franca, either by boat or by swimming, is prohibited;
– Anchoring must be done at a minimum distance of 30m from the coast near Ilhéu da Vila Franca;
– It is prohibited to navigate or anchor near supervised beaches at a distance of less than 150m from the coast;
– In the event of anchoring at the Vila Franca Marina or the village marina, it is mandatory to go to the Marina reception and pay the daily fee.
