Warnings and Prohibitions

• Fishing aboard is prohibited.
• Approaching other vessels during cetacean watching activities is prohibited.
• Docking or entering the Ilhéu da Vila Franca, whether by boat or swimming, is prohibited.
• It is mandatory to anchor at least 30 meters from the coast near Ilhéu da Vila Franca.
• Navigating or anchoring near monitored beaches is prohibited within 150 meters of the shore.
• If docking at Vila Franca or Povoação Marina, it is mandatory to go to the Marina reception and pay for the daily fee.
